Hey Selim

Definately finance needs to be thought through. I think maybe each group needs to work their own finance set up out, however I have set up a finance heading up under Knowledge so different models can be thought through.

It would be good to work through a model for Bristol, but again this depends on the site, and the price which needs to be paid for it. It also depends if we have to move fast, and then initital capital is vital. It would be good to set up a small investment company which is able to act as buffer, obtaining land before the big developers snap it up, giving time for self builders to collate their personal finance to get involved.
