Hi Paul
Have you tried putting some fliers up around your area to see if there is any interest. Its a bit a of a chicken and egg scenario. There may be people interested, but they don't know about this forum! So could be worth putting some notes up in local coffee shops, etc. You can download a flier from the resources tab above, or create your own.
