Please could you set up a heading for Cornwall I live on the north cornish coast and know there are many people in this area who would be interested in affordable housing. Especially with low running costs.

Hey
in regard to the north cornish coast.
I know of a chap, Ray living in Terbarwith Strand, whom wants help over the coming summer building a stone/cob dance studio. His focus is low cost and local materials.

wow that sounds fantastic! Local materials were always used in the past quite sensible really. I think his project sounds really interesting. I've been doing up a manor house in Lincolnshire and sourcing local materials on a low budget some are free and some cost a packet. The best way of getting local materials cheap is to find someone with a derelect farm building.
