I'm looking at designing concrete dome homes and at the idea of building them with two layers. The inner layer to be small concrete panels made from ordinary concrete with steel rebar, but designed in such a way as to be removable, so you can replace them when/if they fail. (concrete cancer/spalling.)

Anyone with pointers or thoughts on whether this approach has been done before, like with tunnel building, or design ideas on what shapes might be most suitable. (my first thought is the shapes you see on a football.)

I also want a design with incorpates a fixing point in each piece so when the building is constructed, rather than drill holes to fix things to the walls, you always attach via the fixing point.

I'd also like to look towards the size/weight of the panels to be enough for them to be manhandled into place, thus avoiding the need for heavy lifting equipment.

I'm interested in ordering 2 replacement panels. One for HRAP (T5 edition, I can settle with the standard HRAP with turbo holes cut) and the other TE (Round 1 stick), both with Hitbox configurations. I was wondering if you have any extras in stock and ready to be shipped (as a plus, if there's any spare hitbox panels with 30mm attack buttons, otherwise i can settle for the standard).

What's the pricing quote for this request (if you are still accepting any orders at this time). if you're not accepting orders, then i can wait until round 4 ordering request is ready

Its sound like a great design ideal. I have been considering new home designs for my future home. Concrete dome homes have been increasing in popularity lately. Where can I find a Seattle handyman to consult in the near future on the specifics.
