Do we need to get people together for all 15 residential units, or can we buy them one or a few at a time? In anycase, I'll try to contact Pete Webb, as outlined in the brief above, on Monday.

If anyone is interested in checking out this site, or any other, please let me know. We are looking to buy a site for a self build. Although I'm ready to go it alone, it'd be nice to get a few people together.

The site is being sold off by the council, so I very much doubt they will be interested in selling to 15 different sets of people... well they won't on this one as its being sold as closed bids

However, as self build interest gathers momentum we may be in a position sometime in the future to negotiate such a deal on another site. Anything already with planning will also go for a higher price as their is security in taking on the site. But financially speaking it would be better to go for something without planning, but which looked good to get it.

The closing date for expression of interest in this site has been extended to the 25th February 2008. I have the form if you or anyone else wants to bid on it. If you are down in Bristol b4 the 25th, then we could have a look around. If I get a chance to check it out in the meantime I will.
